Design parameters of heat exchangers and accessories

1. Material: FEP tube bundle, PPH flange;
2. Form: fluoroplastic coil heat exchanger;
3. Heat exchange area: It must meet the requirement of heating 20m³ liquid in a single tank from 20℃ to 50℃ within 48 hours, and at the same time meet the heat exchange power required for temperature maintenance after the system is in operation (temperature rise of 1℃ per hour);
4. Suitable for 2 square tanks, top flange installation, tank size length, width and height 4.6m×2.3m×2.7m;
5. Working pressure: 400kPa
6. Insulation requirements: Under the voltage of 1000V, the heat exchanger resistance is ≥550MΩ.
