The anti-corrosion heating and mixing tank is a specialized equipment developed and designed for highly corrosive and demanding chemical process conditions. Based on the customer's process requirements, the main body of the equipment is manufactured with a carbon steel lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) anti-corrosion structure, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for long periods in environments containing strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and highly corrosive media.
The equipment integrates heating, cooling, stirring, insulation, and automatic temperature control systems, equipped with an efficient heat exchange structure, capable of meeting various process requirements such as material reaction, mixing, blending, dissolution, and storage.
The optimized heat exchange design features a large heat exchange area and high thermal efficiency, ensuring more uniform heating of materials, faster temperature rise, and precise and stable temperature control. An insulation layer can be configured according to process requirements, effectively reducing heat loss, lowering energy consumption, and improving production efficiency.
